PHG is excited to welcome Charles Haley to the team as Operations & Optimization Manager. In this role, Charles will be focusing on multi-channel reporting operations, and managing related operational initiatives.
He has spent 10+ years in analytical and consulting roles across multiple industries. Charles began his career in retail pharmacy. He eventually moved into a consulting role, while primarily doing analytical work for pharmaceutical manufacturers’ Sales Operations and Market Access & Reimbursement departments. He then changed industries and worked for a software company, as an implementation consultant/product specialist/process engineer.
Charles lives in Minnesota with his wife (Amanda) and their four children. His free time is spent attending the kids’ sporting events and activities, golfing, traveling, and listening to live music. He is also an avid Pittsburgh sports fan, so he often finds himself traveling back to the Steel City to watch his favorite teams play.
