The Supervisor, Rebate Operations supervises the rebate billing operational team members and supports the overall vision, goals, and strategies of the Dividend Group. This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the rebate billing operational processes including the training and mentoring of rebate Operations Billing team, MedDividend Rebate System setup and billing processes, ensuring access to information necessary to support accurate rebate billing, managing quality control, and meeting contractual timing and data requirements for billing and notifications to pharmaceutical manufacturers. 

The Clinical Strategy Lead supports the development and implementation of clinically oriented product solutions. This role is responsible for maintaining awareness of current and future marketplace trends, including regulatory environment, customer needs, opportunities, and issues. The Clinical Strategy Lead provides clinical and rebate consultative services related to drug market trends, drug pipeline and forecasting, and assists with related analytic needs to support recommendations being considered by clients. 

The Client Services Manager reports to Director, Client Services and is responsible for client implementations, client project management and leading and managing all operational aspects of servicing and retaining clients. This position is also responsible for managing small to mid-size operationally oriented complex projects. Ensures consistent customer satisfaction during the lifecycle of the client from sales support, implementation, business relationship management and client renewals by leading and collaborating with all departments within the organization and effectively interacting with customers and vendors. The Client Services Manager is ultimately accountable for ensuring consistent customer satisfaction, delivering successful projects, building and maintaining solid business relationships and successfully executing the delivery of additional revenue to PHG. 

The Operations & Optimization Manager will lead the development and on-going support of various PHG operational processes. These processes include and internal reporting, regulatory reporting, vendor documentation control, management of rate files and associated rate adjustments, client point-of-sale rebate operational processes, drug list maintenance, and various other responsibilities as assigned. This position will involve new process and report development working with vendors, clients, internal departments, and IT and managing operational projects and processes.
